- Cut Throat competition: Padgha is now home to several palai farms.
- Price: Usman bhai could have offered palai at higher rate in Mira Road. Now he will have to compete with farms in that area that charge same or lesser palai rate.
- Distance: Traveling to Padgha is not easy. It takes away 5 hours of total time from Mumbai. Many people chose M. Pathan for palai as it was in main city and traveling was not that much of an issue. The farm now loses that advantage and will have to rely to its name and aggressive marketing to attract clients.
